Refund Policy
In any event, any deposited funds for a project shall not be subject to refund after delivery if the initial design concepts are finalized, or a change is requested unless Crunchers Fllow Digital™ cancels or terminates your Agreement for a reason other than your breach or non-performance.
All refund requests will be fulfilled as per the following arrangement:
You make a request when the initial concepts for a logo are offered. However, once you approve or request changes in the initial designs, the refund offer becomes void and refund request will not be entertained.
If a request for refund is made within 48 hours, you would be eligible and the refund will be discussed depending on the project status.
If a request for refund is made between 48–120 hours of the initial design delivery, you would be eligible and the refund will be discussed depending on the project status.
No refund request will be entertained after your final design delivery. However, since we believe in 100% customer satisfaction, you’re encouraged to contact us in case of any concern.
In case of refund approval, the client will get their amount credited back within the next 10–15 business days.
No refund request will be entertained if the client needs to cancel due to other priorities or disputes in partnerships whatsoever.
Money Back Guarantee is available only in case of dissatisfaction with the service. No refund request will be entertained for any personal reasons of the client like disputes in partnership, closing the business, stepping back for other business reasons, etc.
We won't entertain or refund any orders if the client stays non-responsive for 45 days, but the client can send us an email to hold the project if there is some personal issue. Also, if the client is non-responsive for more than 60 days, then the client has to pay an extra caution fee of $150 for re-initiating the project.
If the client wants to forfeit the website portion of the package after 30 days, a refund won't be applicable. However, we can hold the project in such cases and the client can come later and get the project started again.
Furthermore, the customer shall forfeit the right to the refund outlined above if the customer requests additional revisions (one or more design changes regardless of complexity) or modifications to any of the initial concepts. You shall also forfeit the right to a refund if you do not respond in a timely manner to a status notification from www.crunchersfllowdigital.com.
Should you receive a refund, you agree that your acceptance of the refund shall constitute your sole and exclusive remedy with respect to related responses. Additionally, you acknowledge that you will have no right (express or implied) to use any response or other work product, content, or media, nor will you have any ownership interest in or to the same.
No refund request will be entertained if you have not taken any action on your order for 30 days after placing your order. However, if you want to reactivate your design order, you will be charged a certain fee depending on your project.
